This is all too weird. To me, it's not real sex unless there's another person actually cooperating. If the other person was actively participating while in their sleep, that's one thing -- they have some idea of the situation, on some level; they're simply in an altered state of consciousness.
But if a woman was just lying there, not participating? How is that more admirable than having sex with someone who's in a coma?
