I like it when my muscle twitches too - only my bicep wouldn't be my first choice, Gorilla! ;p
Seriously though - water and potassium just like Cowman said. You may also want to invest a few minutes each morning to stretching out, paying extra attention to the areas you are having trouble with. Don't stretch at night because initially it will aggravate it until your muscles develop some density.
