What's the old saying about not letting work and family matters cross?
I am writing a paper on Antigone, specifically on Creon's attempt, and failure, to be both a good father and a good ruler, and want to open it with a general comment about work and family not interfering with one another..
I remember an "old saying" that mentioned work and family, and how the two "paths" shouldn't cross, but I can't think of it.. Does anyone know of the saying I am looking for?
Help or even hints would be greatly appreciated, as I am drawing a total blank.
Thanks!
