How does the male orgasm work?
I've already heard that during orgasm, the penile muscles contract, which produces that amazing feeling. But it doesn't make much sense because I contract many other muscles all the time, and they don't feel like that (imagine your whole body orgasming). Also, what makes the in and out/up and down motion physically crucial to reaching orgasm? It just doesn't make sense to me, and I've always wondered what scientifically goes on during the male orgasm.
And one more thing: What makes an orgasm so relaxing? It relieves a TON of tension...but how?
