Not sure if that's a cloth covered one, or the painted hardboard. In either event, remove any dome light that mounts through the headliner. Ditto for windshield visors. Plastic and/or metal moulding pieces will surround the headliner-take these out and keep track of the fasteners used-the screws may be different length. With all of that done, you should be able to slip a broadknife under one edge and pop the liner out. Pull or scrape off the old cloth if it's cloth covered. New cloth can be installed with a spray adhesive like 3M #77 or #90. You can buy both at either big box stores or an industrial supply house such as W.W.Grainger. I've gone to fabric stores and bought t-shirt cotton fabric that is wide enough to cover a headliner, and installed it with the spray glue-it's easier than it sounds.
