i get that sometimes, I'll be about to fall asleep in class and a muscle in my back will twitch. I'll sit up really fast because of the surprise and the teacher gives me a weird look. I really like it when my bicep starts to twitch because it feels weird and I can actually see it move but have no control over it. I guess that really doesnt help you out, but I wanted to say that i like it when my muscles twitch
