What kind of relationship do you have with your parents?
Her relationship with her parents is clearly quite different than yours. Doesn't make her right or wrong. She's also young, some people mature at a different rate than others do, especially if they don't have to mature so quickly.
Unless you can talk to her without accusing her of doing something wrong, where she'll get defensive, then you really have two choices, live with it the way she is, and decide that her good qualities make up for this, or move on from her. Changing people rarely happens.
