Its a warning on the mindset of the Dems on this issue is going to lead to failure, which it did in the 90's and we can't allow to happen again. Reactive vrs proactive, I vote for proactive.

I vote for nonrevisionist. You probably aren't even aware of what the dem's policy on this is, since you can't even acknowledge kerry's platform despite the fact that it sits waiting a few clicks away. How is it you feel that bush and co. are protecting you?
