i'm so confused. i thought the President was the unbending Texas macho man who acts unilaterally for the sheer glee of being a hard-on. Coulda sworn Bush was the guy who is so hardheadedly self-righteous that he would never change his mind out of his sheer arrogant sense of cowboy bravado.
