Um, yeah it is. Black Angus has a better amount of intermuscular fat than your average Holstein beef cow. I've been around cattle most of my life, so I know what I'm talkin' about. Anyway, haven't tried BK's Angus burger yet, but I love the Thickburger from Hardee's. Great improvement on the nation's ex-crappiest fast food restaurant.
