1) Ask her out.
2) If she says yes treat it like a date, not just friends getting together. She WILL pick up on this.
3) When the timing is right dont ask, and dont delay, give her a nice 4 second no-tongue kiss. In the rare occurance she tilts her head away dont let it bother you, thank her for a great evening and walk away showing as much pride as you can muster.
She doesnt like the other guys so dont let whatever they say or think bother you. They werent going to get anywhere anyways.
