I hear you, man. I used to work at a computer room at the university, and I once had a (foreign) guy do that to me... It just freaked me out. I couldn't even think straight - he kept talking and talking, and I just had to get away from him, but couldn't... If he had been at a reasonable distance, I would probably have helped him with whatever he wanted, but now? No way.
