used to play counter strike, and every so often would run into a server with friendly fire on. My mishaps would usually involve being a little to quick to shoot someone around the corner, only to find out that he was my cursing teammate.
8 times out of 10 an apology would suffice, but every so often the entire game would fall apart and everyone would just kill their teamates at the beggining of the round.
