I made the mistake of using a third party memory card to store my ff7 saves. I was right at the end, most sidequests completed, wasting my real life trying to level up to 99. 82 hours, gone in one corrupted instant. I tried to make myself play through again using the gameshark to start out at a ridiculously high level, but i eventually just gave up. fuck.
