I was at a party one night in Philly and a bunch of us went out on the fire escape balcony that overlooked the alley next door to smoke. We were on the 9th floor and we were overlooking an 8 story building. We could see perfectly into the window of the apartment across the alley and down 1 story. All we could see though was a bed. After about 15 minutes a girl comes into our view and gets on the bed and lies down. My friend says "this is the part where she masturbates for us" and right then she slips down some blue sweatpants and starts gently rubbing herself.
