if you throw strawberries jpgs into photoshop, you will see that they are largly margenta with some small degree of cyan & yellow & black.

to the naked eye in real life, the strawberry is not a pure shade of red either.
sure, there is a good amount of red in the color of a strawberry, but it's not purely red. in fact slice one in two... you'll see shades of pink & plenty of whites. maybe even a bit of green & yellow.
