I got a promotion... and Im a littel nervous!
well, today I got offered a promotion, and have accepted it.
Im now going to be a team leader, or supervisor, of a team of 5 people (and 4 night staff) its in an "Operations" area, which is a bit of a change, as I have been an assistant financial accountant the last 2 years, I'm a bit nervous about the team leading part... I think I'll be ok at picking up the work and the day job so to speak, but I've never had to manage anyone before, and most of the people in the team are older than me (I'm 26)... I guess I'll get by, and the only way up is normally into management... but yeah, I have a few butterflies!
