I guess the worst we had was when hubby went flying off the bed, don't remember from what position - maybe we were transitioning. He went head first and I was afraid he broke his neck. But like a champ he finished the job.
My friend was getting it on for the first time with a new boyfriend during/sorta after a party at his house. I guess he was drunk and pretty into it because he ended up hitting his head on the wall. Then a few minutes later a drunk girl walked in to "investigate a noise". Pretty much they didn't last much longer.
