I think it would be best to just ask her what she wants done with them, since they are pictures of her. She may trust you enough to keep them and she may not. Really depends on how you want to get along with her.
I had an ex takes pictures from my digital camera that I had taken for DH before he was DH and now I will never know where those might show up. It mortifies me to this day to think that hubby might one day see them publicly.
