let's see, off the top of my head:
while driving (I was bored)
in the back of a bus (it was a long journey)
in the middle of a parking lot, at night (can't say why, just thought it might be a useful experience)
high school bathroom during the break (felt like it)
summer camp, in the dorm room with 20 other kids around me sleeping (or masturbating, who knows)
various public bathrooms (out of necessity)
in a swimming pool once; there was noone in the water, but there were people lounging by the side of the pool (seemed like a kinky idea)
