Why not use both? Its actually most beneficial to have a variety of different proteins in your diet. This product has them stacked at different digestive plateaus creating a time released effect. In turn your nitrogen retention is stretched out over time. Which makes an excellent drink right before bed (no carbs before bed; but a protein that will keep your nitrogen level going while you sleep.
I have yet to see an report that soy causes gynecomastia. If someone has a substantial link; please post it. I think the thing that some either forget or don’t know is that while estrogen can have adverse effects in males in excessive doses; its beneficial to have it as high as possible. It’s the amount of estrogen that will determine how much testosterone reception there will be. Soy also creates a molecule in the intestines called equol which helps support the prostate.
