In real life, street cars make traffic worse. That's why they were taken out of Boston, anyway.
I just started playing SC4 a few days ago, after letting it sit on the floor for a month or so. That first day, I started playing it, and the next time I looked up, four hours had passed.
I've had SimCity since v1, though I skipped 3000 'cause it appeared to be a pig.
