In this case, I say cruel and unusual punishment be, well, forgotten.
First we start off my cutting off their fingers, one by one, so they can never again hold a baseball bat.
Then we let every member of the victim's families take a spiked baseball bat to each of those fuckers' shins.
Next, we put them in a cage, tied up, with a really really pissed off and hungry dobberman.
Then we cut off their fucking balls and make them eat them.
Then they can die. Fucking slimebags.
