that actually looks like the Giant Hamburger Blow-Up Sex Doll [tm] that was released last summer.
i believe the fangs came as an add-on bonus with the Special Release version.
general sales throughout America and Canada were strong. But the sales were astronomical in Alabama, Mississippi and Kentucky for some reason. strange but true.
