They should be, they are stocked at my local Mercedes dealership up the coat.
I am glad they brought the design to North America although I doubt I will ever drive one. The NA autoindustry needs to start looking to other trends and other countries due to how innovation here has ceased to exist in place of refining basic designs. I don't think this Smart Car will solve everything but it is a step in the right direction.
