The restaurant charged us 15 dollars per bottle. Which was actually fine by us...
If someone brings in food from the outside, they should be charged a "foodage" fee. The table still needs to be cleaned up, the staff still has to be attentive.

that's what i love about NYC.. lots of restaurants that allow you to go to the corner store and buy beer and wine and consume it gratis in the restaurant.
