The first one is not customizeable as far as I know. Its the Microsoft Common Dialogue Control that is used to display that window, and I doubt that you can edit those shortcuts. Check the documentation os MSDN for the Common Dialogue Control and see what you can find. If its possible, there's a 98% chance that its documented in MSDN, and there is a 20% chance that you will find it
