Let's share some grooming secrets
I am not proud of this, but I trim my legs. It's a friggin rain forest and I was always self conscius of it when wearing shorts. Recently I trimmed them, and I feel awesome, and it looks good. I can wear shorts with pride now.
Another popular thing I do is after I put hair gel on my hair, instead of brushing it, I use a hair dryer.
I recently started washing my face twice a day, when I wake up, and before I go to sleep, with a cleanser. I then apply Nivea lotion. Sometimes I don't even recognize myself. it really makes a difference.
It sucks wasting years struggling with soemthing simple, when all it would of taken was for someone who figured it out, post it it on the net. I'm hoping this thread can help us guys get our chit together.
Anyone do anything special with their bushy eye brows, or just leave it as is? I once read that a lot of men do this, but I never have. I heard it makes a huuge difference. Someone with any knowedge on this, speak up.
I workout in the gym, 6 days a week. I recently purchased a small mp3 player to take with me. I gotta say, blasting your favorite tunes while working out is a MUST. I've had better results in the last month, than I have in a year. Cardio is also a lot easier with music.
