Clinton's speech
I'm assuming many of you caught Clinton's speech last night at the convention.
I myself thought it was a terrific speech. Made me want him to be President again.
Highlight for me: where, basically as an aside, he rips apart the administration's economic plan by pointing out that they are funding all of this by hitting Social Security surplus (I think his words were "signing your social security checks over to me") and borrowing from the Japanese (and the Chinese? Don't remember who the others were).
The guy is so damn smart on policy, and he is able to explain it so easily....
darn that 22nd Amendment!
(I really do think that was a bad one, but I oppose term limits, too)
