H12, when assholes like that start thing like that, you take out your pistol or whatever and then you explain the facts of life to them.
NEVER invite people like this. If you already knew the guy before hand - then you should have some idea of what hes like, and he's definitely not the kind of person you want at your birthday party. The reason for which I am sure you know.
The other thing is, since you are underaged, having a party like that was a damn stupid thing to do. Why? Because you have no recourse to the law in the event that something goes wrong, like it did. Getting drunk - which is NOT fun by the way - is not worth getting killed or getting beat up over. I really cannot see why you cannot have a party without all the alcohol, its not necessary for you to have fun. If you cannot enjoy a party without it, you already have a problem. If there was no alcohol at that party, the whole situation would not have arised, AND in the event that it did, you could have called the police and have had this asshole arrested. He's violent, and he has commited assault a number of times at that party alone. There is a place for people like that, its called prison.
There's a saying, "You cannot talk your way out of trouble you behaved your way into". You went into this looking for trouble. I do not mean to rag on you or flame you, but what you did was just plain stupid, and 100% avoidable. Now this guy got away with this behaviour, and you party sucked loads of ass. He gets the idea that what he did is acceptable, since everyone just allows it, and people apologize to him and his friends when he acts like this.
All of this for what? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not repeat this. Getting your ass piss-drunk is just not worth it. And what's the appeal of getting drunk anyway? Can someone explain this to me? I ALWAYS stop drinking BEFORE I get drunk. Why do people get drunk for fun? I don't get it.

Do not confuse altruism with kindness, good will or respect for the rights of others. These are not primaries, but consequences, which, in fact, altruism makes impossible. The irreducible primary of altruism, the basic absolute, is self-sacrifice - which means: self-immolation, self-abnegation, self-denial, self-destruction - which means: the self as a standard of evil, the selfless as a standard of the good.
