I think that ghosts are probably out there, but exist in chance changes in weather and slight temperature changes that may cause some floorboard to creak in a footstep manner. So there is a resonable explanation for "ghosts", its just that these explanations aren't proof that ghosts don't exists; rather, I think freak slight changes in air temperature that causes floorboard creaking or things to show up in pictures that aren't supposed to be there (ie lens flare) is how ghosts show themselves in this world.
I also believe dreams can predict the future. It's happened to me before, and its freaky!
