If you're keeping hydrated, make sure you don't drink too much water. It is possible to dilute your blood to the point that it can no longer effectively deliver oxygen to your brain, and you can die. There are several documented cases of this happening, although not nearly as many as dehydration deaths.
I have no personal experience, so I can't answer your question, but I felt I should give you this information without passing judgement or telling you what to do. If you're going to do it, take as many precautions as possible.
