A little piece of advise that i learned in college, love yourself first, then love someone else. If you don't love yourself, then you'll have issues with loving someone else. Also, I'm betting you feeling of being "complete" relies on her. Don't let that be. She has a power over you either knowingly or unknowingly.
I would personally say to her, "I know you are having some problems right now and I want you to know that I care for you/love you very much and want to see you happy so if you would like to talk about it, I am here for you."
If she continues to not communicate after a few days, I would let her know that I was feeling dissappointed that she still seemed to be confused/withdrawn/whatever and start pulling myself away from the situation, if it still continues, that'd be my cue to be out the door.
