He says it *idles* at 60C. I have a 2.6c HT Pentium 4, and it idles around 32C using a Zalman 7000AlCu cooler. With the stock cooler, it'd idle around 35C.
At full load, I have yet to get it to go over 55C. (Make that 50 with the new zalman)
