It's tough to say without knowing more. The threat has to be deemed credible for the guy to be charged - otherwise the whole country would be in jail now. So, if he has a criminal background or history of such threats he may be charged, or if he displayed an extremely agressive posture towadrs you, otherwise prolly not.
