Great system, my only thought would be that as AMD has already backtracked on their continued support of socket 940 in favor of socket 939, the few extra $$ invested now in 939 may pay off down the road.
Also, it may pay of as well to wait a few months for PCI Express vid cards to become more available and drop a bit than going with AGP. AGP will probably be around a bit, but PXI-Express will definately provide more options further down the road.
