Recipe of the Day - May 7 (greenbean/artichoke casserole)
Green Bean Artichoke Casserole
Ingredients
2 cans French cut green beans, drained (reserve the liquid)
1 can artichoke hearts-chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic-sliced
Preparation
In bowl mix all ingredients.
Add reserved liquid and top with a little more bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or in microwave oven for 15 minutes.
