Well when you're involved I'm sure it can be called anything but pleasure.
If I were one to embellish for the sake of communal sentiment it certainly wouldn't be over how many times my sexual partener has arrived. By the way, my penis is so long I have to wrap it several times around my mid-section in order to move properly.
