I guess this is the part that gets me. What is she doing that constitutes "being a total Bitch"? It most certainly is 100% her problem. If the police are involved, and if I read correctly...they are, then her insurance company is going to be involved. With the exception of delivering the heartfelt apology that she owes to your friend, it's out of her hands.
