I have a mild case of Ovarian Cysts. I got them when I was about 14 and had the worst pain of my life for so long. I had extreme back pain, as well.
I finally went on Depo when I was 16, and its been great. The only side effect I've noticed is lower sex drive. Its not dramatically lower by any means .. but I swear, I'd take that any day over having extreme back pain like every day.
