1. Maybe the mime type is wrong from the site.
2. Check Tools->Options->Web Features
Make sure that "Load Images" is selected
Check if "for the originating Web site only" is checked. Uncheck it. Since it's a forum, I think that maybe the pic is a link on another site (i.e., not on celebrityfan).
