I would advise against it as the balls of the jewelry can unscrew and be swallowed by your child, if your breasts were to ever become infected would also hinder breastfeeding AND breast pumping...my current boyfriend is a piercer and he advises against it.
When I was pregnant, I kept my jewelry in for my belly button, my tongue and ears till I was being prepped for my Caesarean (C-section), when my son was born I kept my jewelry out till I was finished with my decision on breast feeding him (completely), which was almost two months.
If you're still unsure, research it on websites online and see what the experts say. Be sure to read more than one opinion, though, and try to think of what things are going to "look" like after you've had a baby...
