There was a thread going around here about this very thing.... in case I can't find it for you, here's the gist of that one:

Most piercers will not do the piercing if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant very soon, since the piercing should ideally be taken out while you are breastfeeding in order to keep the baby from possibly choking on the jewelry. Your breasts will also be much more swollen than normal, and the piercings can be an interesting experience with stretched nipples.
