The Apple music store is still a no go for me. If I'm paying a dollar a song or 10 bucks for an album, I'd expect full CD quality at the least. AAC may be a better format than mp3, but the quality isn't where it should be for what you're paying. Also, I refuse to buy music with DRM. It doesn't protect the artist's work since there's always a way around it, so it just becomes a huge pain in the ass. If I'm spoending my money on an artist's music I shouldn't have to put up with that pain in the ass to convert the music to whatever format I wish to listen to it however I wish. This is a step in the right direction, though. It's new, so I'm going to wait a while before passing final judgement.
