does she really want to provoke such attention?
is she prepared for the possible odd (aka pervy) attention?

personally myself, i think unless you're soliciting certain public attention, you should save that sort of dress style for private parties.
i have no issues with the human form being on display, but i do have problems with creepy sickos.
i think she should be careful.
