Skline governed at 180? That is wack. There's really no other way to describe it. I can't imagine a better way to kill a car's full potential.
Speaking of 180 km/h, I'll see if I can get a video next time there's an open road (by my definition, no cars for a mile in either direction) and I top-speed-test my car.
