Big legs can come with a small(er) ass by doing front squats. Puts more emphasis on the quads than anything. Do both front and rear squats with a moderately heavy weight and you will notice how much of a difference there is in regards to your glutes being used in each excercise.
Plus I found in my experience after using front squats for a month or two my rear squat increased quite considerably.
