Seriously I doubt it's anything more than an ingrown hair.
Of course if you have any doubt that it's an ingrown hair I suggest you Don't pop or it if you have - wash thoroughly with an antibacterial soap. If it was an STD the fluids in the pimple would spread it to other areas down that.
