If it lasts more that a few days I would go to the doctor. It could be an infection that requires treatment. I had something like this once. It scared me. I went to the doctor. It was a staf infection. He gave me anitbiotics. It got better.
It could be nothing or it could be something that needs a Doctor to look at it. Don't resist going to a doctor if you need to. That is what they are for.
