I think my girlfriend would be open to it, and I think I would be open to sharing my girlfriend with another woman - as long as she was a good friend of both me and my girlfriend. However, I think any choice as to if another woman is brought in, and who it is, would be primarily hers out of jealousy.
Another man is pretty much out of the question, though. I wouldn't at all feel comfortable with the situation.
